The AI Act, honestly
The AI Act worries many people. Most back-office uses are uncritical. Quotes, document search and receipt capture count as minimal risk. The duties stay light: your team must know how to work with AI, and where customers talk to an AI, you say so. The strict rules for high-risk AI only apply from December 2027. They cover other cases, such as hiring or credit scoring, not your invoices. We tell you what applies to you, and document everything for audit.
