What is sovereign AI?
Sovereign AI runs on your own infrastructure. Your data never leaves the company. No record goes to outside servers or into a US cloud. If you need it, we cut the system off from the internet entirely (air-gapped). So you use AI and keep control of your data.
Is self-hosted AI GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Self-hosted means the AI runs on your hardware and your data stays with you. You pass no personal data to third parties. That is the basis for GDPR compliance. We also set up logs that make every action traceable.
What does the EU AI Act mean for SMEs?
For most back-office uses, little. Quotes, document search and receipt capture count as minimal risk. The duties are light: your team must know how to work with AI, and where customers talk to an AI, you say so. The strict high-risk rules only apply from December 2027 and cover other cases, such as hiring. We tell you what applies to you.
